event, product or device is forbidden without
written permission. Pictures, Video
and Information may be used for non-profit
purposes provided a
credit stating: "Rocketman,
www.rocketman.org" is clearly legible.
This website it intended for
entertainment and booking purposes
only. Technical and operational
information is not provided nor
intended. Visitors agree not to glean
technical or operational information for use
in such projects against PPI interest.
Any comparison, what-so-ever, of a PPI
Rocketbelt to a non-PPI build device is
fictional and unsubstantiated. The
information or media contained herein does
not represent the capabilities of any
non-PPI Rocketbelt, rocket pack, jet pack or
similar backpack style flying
devices.
If any provision is found to be
unenforceable or invalid, that provision
will be limited or eliminated to the minimum
extent necessary so that this Agreement will
otherwise remain in full force and effect
and enforceable.

Booking Request, Contacting Powerhouse
Productions, Newsletter enrollment
- Powerhouse Productions does not
guarantee the availability of dates
until a signed "Performance
Agreement" is in effect and the
full deposit received.
- Your request for information and
subsequent relationship to Powerhouse
Productions Inc. (here-in-below referred
to as "PPI") could make
you knowledgeable about PPI’s
business practices, pricing, costs,
vendors, product purchasing, client
list, operating procedures, propellant
manufacturing and other sensitive
information. It is agreed that such
information is special and unique to PPI and constitutes business
secrets and confidential business
practice. This includes details as to
booking deposits, Flight Fees and such.
It is agreed all such information will
be kept confidential and will not be
used by you or your associates to
promote or manufacture any non-PPI
backpack style flying device.
Including but not limited to
Rocketbelts, rocket packs or jet packs.
Furthermore, it is agreed that you will
enjoin your employees and associates
from using such information for their
own purpose and benefit. It is agreed
such information is privileged and you
will take measures to guard against the
unauthorized dissemination of such
information received.
- It is agreed you and your associates
will never glean information from PPI Personnel or ex-personnel
causing them to violate their own
confidentiality agreements.
- Any media material received from PPI, including but not
limited to photo's, video's, print, etc
may not be used without written
authorization of PPI.
- PPI may occasionally record phone
conversations for training and future
reference.

"Rocketbelt" are Registered

share or sell your information you
provide. This information is for
internal and promotional use only.
- You may receive occasional promotional
material including emails and
mailings. To opt-out of the email
